I am truly independent and can therefore work with you to understand the root cause of your challenges and we can then work on the best way to solve them and develop your business in the direction you want it to go.
How it works;
- I will send you a Business MOT document which will help me start to gain a greater understanding of your challenges and opportunities.
- I will meet you to go through your responses and make suggestions on how we could work together to help you.
- We will then agree a fee with is determined by what I plan to do for you, how long it will take and most importantly, at a price which is appropriate for your business.
- I will then visit your business where relevant and keep in touch regularly and we will have review meetings to measure our progress.
